Choose who gets notified
Go to Settings → Notifications. For each notification, choose who receives it under Send notifications to: Everyone, Owners, Admins, or one of your groups.
| Notification | Sent when |
|---|---|
| Check Period End - No Issues | A check period ends with every question answered, and no notes or alerts. |
| Check Period End - With Issues | A check period ends with any unanswered question, any note added to an answer, or any answer that raised an alert. |
| Check Period Incomplete - Prewarn | A check window is about to end and the checks are not complete. |
| Immediate Issue Warning | An answer raises an alert. |
| Checklist Due Reminder | A Regular schedule checklist is due soon or overdue. |
| Process Stage Entered | A process moves into a stage. |
A check period ends when a Fixed time window closes, when an Ad hoc checklist is finished, or when a check period is signed off.
Turn on Allow opt out for a group to let its members turn that notification off for themselves. Each user can then choose under Settings → My Notifications.
